Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Brush or spoon the olive oil and herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Arrange the thin lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Remove from oven and let rest for a minute before serving.
