Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, beaten egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently mix everything together with your hands until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can result in tough meatballs.
Roll the mixture into uniform meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. You should get around 18-20 meatballs.
Arrange the meatballs in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, tossing gently to coat each meatball lightly. This helps them brown and stay moist.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). They should be nicely browned on the outside.
Once cooked, remove from the oven. Serve immediately with your favorite marinara sauce, or use them in your favorite pasta dishes, sandwiches, or salads.
