Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed preferred, for Vitamin C and natural sweetness
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water unsweetened, for potassium and hydration
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice for Vitamin C and tang
  • 1/4 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt for sodium and trace minerals
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar optional, for added potassium

Method
 

  1. Begin by preparing your citrus. Juice one medium orange to get about 1 cup of fresh juice. Then, juice half a lime to get approximately 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and unsweetened coconut water.
  3. Add the 1/4 teaspoon of Redmond Real Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt. If you're using cream of tartar for an extra potassium boost, add that now as well.
  4. Secure the lid on your shaker or jar and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, or until all the ingredients are well combined and chilled.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice, if desired, and enjoy immediately.
