  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish use more or less to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce like Tabasco or Sriracha, adjust to your spice preference
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt optional, depending on ketchup and Worcestershire sauce saltiness

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, prepared horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, fresh lemon juice, hot sauce, and garlic powder.
