Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-inch pre-made pizza crust or your favorite homemade dough
  • 1/2 cup breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced ham or bacon cooked
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers any color
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sliced mushrooms spinach, jalapeños, avocado, hot sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using homemade dough, prepare it according to your recipe and press it onto a lightly oiled baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Spread the cooked breakfast sausage, ham, or bacon evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle both cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the meats.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk (or cream). Season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the cheese and meat layer.
  4. Scatter the chopped bell peppers and onions over the egg mixture. Add any other optional toppings you desire at this stage.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the eggs are set. The cooking time may vary depending on your crust and oven.
  6. Let the pizza cool slightly for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
